Rough-in during the build — we coordinate with your builder, work clean and leave the site tidy for the plasterers.

Fit-off after handover — TVs mounted, cameras installed, WiFi commissioned, everything tested and walked through with you before we leave.

When in the build should I get in touch?

As early as possible — ideally before the frame goes up. That said, we can often still work with you during frame stage or even early lock-up depending on what needs running. Don’t assume it’s too late without checking.

Can I add pre-wiring if my builder has already started?

Often yes — reach out as soon as you can and we’ll assess where things are at. Some cable runs are still possible mid-build; others need to wait for fit-off. We’ll be upfront about what’s achievable.

Will you coordinate directly with my builder?

Yes — we’re used to working alongside builders and site supervisors. We’ll confirm access times, work clean and communicate directly so you’re not playing telephone between trades.

Do you cover Rockbank and Eynesbury as well?
